Abstract

Public service is one of the important aspects of government that aims to meet the basic needs of the community, both in terms of population administration, social, and welfare. In Indonesia, the sub-district as the lowest government unit has a central role in providing public services to the community. Therefore, this work program helps improve public services through applications/websites such as PANGKAS (Gampang Ngurus Berkas) and PATEN (Pelayanan Administrasi Terpadu Kecamatan). Both of these applications are designed with a simple and easy-to-use interface to facilitate the population administration process. PKM is one of the mandatory activities in the Tridharma of Higher Education. One form of PKM activity is a student activity carried out in the community according to the situation and needs in their KKN place. Gandasari Village is one of the villages in Jatiuwung District, Tangerang City that has implemented the PANGKAS AND PATEN applications in serving the community.
