Abstract

This community service activity was designed to enhance the financial literacy and reporting capabilities of PT HSB as part of efforts to strengthen sustainable business practices. The program focused on introducing the fundamental concepts of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, while emphasizing their role in decision-making, accountability, and transparency. Through workshops, mentoring sessions, and hands-on training, participants gained practical knowledge and skills in preparing, analyzing, and utilizing financial reports to support strategic business development. The activity also highlighted the importance of accurate and timely financial reporting in ensuring compliance, attracting potential investors, and supporting long-term business sustainability. The outcomes of this program showed an increased awareness among PT HSB stakeholders regarding the critical role of financial reporting in improving organizational performance and competitiveness, thereby contributing to the company’s resilience and sustainable growth.
